The conference is planned on 8-11th September 2020 in Tleń (Evita center).
The topics of the conference concern the broadly defined issues of modeling and simulation in the construction and exploitation of machines. It is conducted in the following sub-disciplines: methods and systems in machine design, modeling and simulation, structural optimization, machine dynamics and simulations of multi-body system, advanced industrial, automotive and ecological applications, experimental mechanics, identification and validation, modeling of structural materials, composites and nanomaterials, physical and chemical properties of materials, theoretical and applied mathematics in engineering. This year, the organizers put great emphasis on innovation in the above-mentioned themes and their application in industry.
The international conference Polish-Slovak Scientific Conference with International Participation on Machine Modeling and Simulations was organized for the first time in 1996 and has been held annually since then. Responsibilities of the organizers are taken over alternately by bodies from Poland or Slovakia.
About 100 people are planned to participate in the current edition. The scale of the impact will be determined by the presence of scientists from at least 3 countries: Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic, representing e.g. the following universities: University of Technology, Warsaw University of Technology, Częstochowa University of Technology, Kielce University of Technology, AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz, University of Science and Technology in Bydgoszcz andThe President Stanisław Wojciechowski State University of Applied Sciences in Kalisz. On the part of Slovakia and the Czech Republic, representatives of, among others: University of Trenčín, University of Žilina, Univerzita J. E. Purkyně v Ústí nad Labem, Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, and VŚB - Technical University of Ostrava and others.
